The Top Vein Center in Nevada

Las Vegas Vein was established in 2006 as the first full-time vein clinic in Las Vegas. Dr. Thomas S. Parisi, MD, FACP, DABVLM, RPhS, a Board Certified Diplomate from the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine, has been with Las Vegas Vein since its inception and has performed over 30,000 venous ablations. Dr. Parisi specializes in a variety of procedures, including Radiofrequency, MOCA, and Laser (EVLT). Additionally, Las Vegas Vein serves as a teaching site for local medical universities.

Nevada’s Only Accredited Vein Center
Las Vegas Vein is proud to be Nevada’s only nationally award-winning, accredited vein center. It is important to note that no other clinics in Nevada hold accreditation. Unlike other clinics, which may claim certain procedures are not covered by insurance, we provide Total Vein Care, including sclerotherapy, phlebotomy, and cutaneous skin surgery, and have done so for over 19 years. Our accreditation demonstrates our commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality care.

We treat each patient like family. Our compassionate, professional staff is dedicated to offering the highest level of care possible in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What Is Total Vein Care?

Total Vein Care begins with a thorough medical history and physical examination, along with any additional information you feel is important to share. Our treatments address a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Restless legs syndrome
  • Discoloration or darkening of the lower legs
  • Swelling of the legs and feet
  • Cramping (even into the thigh)
  • Lymphedema
  • Wound care
  • Leg pain

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, contact us today. Without treatment, these symptoms may worsen over time.

Our Process

All evaluations are noninvasive, meaning there are no needles or large scanners involved—only ultrasound imaging. We ensure you are comfortable throughout the entire process.

To provide personalized care, we have a dedicated vein coordinator, so only a small, consistent team will be involved in your treatment. If venous reflux is detected, we offer a variety of state-of-the-art treatments, including:

  • Radiofrequency
  • LASER (EVLT)
  • MOCA
  • Sclerotherapy
  • Microphlebectomy
  • Cutaneous skin surgery

Insurance and Financial Assistance

All treatments are covered by medical insurance if deemed a covered benefit. For patients who require financial assistance, we offer CareCredit, a nationwide financing program. Qualified patients can use CareCredit to cover all costs and pay over time (12–18 months) with no interest. CareCredit can also be coordinated with your Health Savings Account (HSA).
